BAGUIO CITY – A one-year freeze on the construction of commercial establishments and issuance of building permits for such is being mulled in the city to give it a breathing spell in face of the threats of “urban decay.”

Addressing the needs of young people is a challenge that goes well beyond the role of health services alone. While we still have to establish friendly health clinics within the district health centers and private clinics, we have to address the information needs of our young people in the city through IEC strategies that may not require them to come physically to clinics but information reaches them comfortably and conveniently.
