As the Holy week approaches the City's fast paced character of busy streets and packed shopping galleries and alleys exhibits transformation into calculated motion and pious smiles that greet one anothother, seemingly understanding the demeanor influenced by the season. People tend to get more atune with nature and gradually let go of stressful situations to seek the peace and quiet of recollecting themselves as Christians. Baguio City, tagged as the "City closest to the Heavens" is definitely a place of prayer and attainment of peace from worldy static. I preparation for the Holy week the City endeavors to promote various places of prayer that coincide with traditional aspects such as the twelve (12) stations of the cross. Moreover, including aspects that appeal to the meditational type who would prefer to seek peace and quiet alone.....
